Call for Tenders: Office Cleaning Services

Introduction

Kakina Inc invites qualified and experienced cleaning service providers to submit tenders for the provision of office cleaning services twice a week at our premises located at our Lakeview Office Buildings and Bimose Hub building with other potential opportunities in other locations. The objective is to maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional working environment for staff and visitors.

Scope of Work

The cleaning services will include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors, and common areas such as vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
• Waste collection and disposal
• Restroom cleaning and sanitization such as disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors
• Kitchen and pantry cleaning
• Window and glass cleaning (interior and exterior)
• Periodic deep cleaning such as steam cleaning carpets.
• Restocking of bathroom and cleaning supplies

Duration of Contract

The contract will be for a period of 12 months from start date with the possibility of renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing commercial cleaning services
• Provide references from 3 previous clients
• Demonstrate capacity to provide trained personnel and appropriate equipment

 Submission Requirements

Bidders must submit:

• Company profile and relevant experience
• Detailed pricing proposal
• Proof of insurance and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Listing of cleaning products and equipment to be used
• Proposed staffing plan and schedule
