Strengthening our communities

Bimose translates from the Anishinaabe word ‘to walk’.  Our company uses this as a reminder to always walk with our Member First Nations.

Gaagagekiizhik School and Bimose High School are seeking an artist/seamstress to produce 150 ribbon skirts and ribbon shirts for the following:

You will be provided with an embroidered patch to sew on to the skirts and shirts, unless you prefer to applique on your own (please indicate your preference).  Items should be completed by May 31, 2022. 

If you are interested in creating these items, please submit a proposal with the following information:

  • Samples (can be submitted electronically) of your work
  • Total cost
