You're Invite to the Bear Witness BBQ, in honour of Jordan River Anderson.
Bear Witness Day is a significant occasion that takes place on May 10th to commemorate the birthday of Spirit Bear. Spirit Bear is a powerful symbol and became Jordan’s Principle’s mascot!
Community Stakeholders such as Grand Council Treaty #3, Ne-chee Friendship Centre, Kenora Chiefs Advisory and Bimose Tribal Council have come together to educate and provide awareness on what is Jordan’s Principle.

Rough camping will be available at the roundhouse (Pow-Wow style) for those wishing to stay overnight.
