Bimose Tribal Council

The Technical Services Unit provides advisory services to member First Nations regarding Operation and Maintenance by:

• Updating the Integrated Capital Management System (ICMS).
• Assisting in the development of Maintenance Management Plans (MMP).
• Completing triannual Asset Condition Reporting System (ACRS) reports.
• Advising First Nations on preventative maintenance practices and procedures.
• Investigating emergency situations and advising on appropriate course of action.
• Providing technical advice on all operation and maintenance related items.
