Housing
The Technical Services Unit provides advisory services to member First Nations regarding housing by:
- Undertaking plans review for new house construction.
- Undertaking compliance inspections on new construction at the following stages:
- Site development
- Foundation Construction
- Framing
- Plumbing
- Insulation/Vapour Barrier
- Final
- Other (as required)
- Undertaking detailed conditional assessment inspections and providing cost estimates for the required repairs.
- Providing technical advice on all housing related items.
